The research program in electronic packaging develops experimental and computational tools to design the next-generation electronic packaging for semiconductor devices.
CSEE researchers have developed LOTOX2 (the Lake Ontario Toxics Model, version 2), a state-of-the-art water quality model. Now they are extending the model's performance by linking it to a hydrodynamic model to provide mixing and transportation calculations.
